Chelsea Balance


 

I started learning  Ashtanga yoga with Bobbi Misiti in the winter of 2016. I came to BeFit Yoga with over 14 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry teaching exercise based classes for people ranging from kids to seniors. I found the practice of yoga in 2008. After feeling the benefits of the practice I went to Just Plain Yoga to receive my vinyasa certification in 2014. I have been teaching in the area consistently since. I have taught out of numerous yoga studios, boxing clubs, YMCA, Martial Art Studios, Libraries,festivals, and various workshops for different corporations. 

My styles range from Ashtanga,Vinyasa,chair yoga,restorative,kids,and all levels.

I love the positive energy and health yoga brings to one's life! As a mother of 3 kids yoga helps me slow down,stay stress free while keeping the balance with taking care of myself,family,and those I teach. I love helping others to find balance as well! 

I also enjoy hiking,swimming,cooking,gardening,healthy living,working with the community and volunteer work.Yoga has inspired my life in so many positive ways! I look forward to passing it on to you through the practice of yoga!
