New Class!!! DECEMBER 15th and January 12th 9:30-10:30am. Cost 10.00 (residents) 15.00( non-resident) This will be located in the back of Siebert Park Camp Hill PA. In the cabin.


Come to join Chelsea Parcels for chair yoga. It's a very gentle style of yoga with numerous benefits. Its the perfect class for a beginner to practice yoga or someone who enjoys a gentle practice without having to get up and down on a yoga mat. Suitable for ages 14-99.


Chelsea has a background in fitness as well as yoga. She has a unique way she teaches chair yoga. It's unlike any of the other classes offered in the area. You will also learn excellent techniques you can take back to the office with you if you have a desk job or sit for hours throughout the day.


We will work on poses and movements that will help strengthen, tone, and stretch the body in a gentle way. We will use specific breathing techniques to connect the movement and breath resulting in more body awareness. It is also a very spiritual experience for many.


Most of the class is done seated in a chair with the option of standing towards the end for balance practice. A seated balance pose will be given as an option. All the poses and movements will have modifications to make it very slow and gentle or a little challenging. You will be able to become aware of what your body needs and really personalize this practice. 


The practice can help you to manage stress, lower heart rate, and blood pressure. Improved strength, flexibility, proprioception. Great place to meet new people and socialize. Cost is 10.00.
